Last week, Ripple Industries had the privilege of stepping away from the job site and into the wilderness—joining 25 teenage boys and their camp leaders for an unforgettable three-day survival camp experience.
Hosted in the beautiful desert of Arizona, the camp focused on essential life skills that every young person should know: first aid, rappelling, fire-cooking, and independent survival training. Ripple volunteers helped lead hands-on lessons, team challenges, and mentorship moments that pushed the boys out of their comfort zones and into confidence.
“All of the teens had a fun, educational experience,” said Ripple CEO Josh. “It’s important for everyone to know these skills—and just as important to get kids outside, away from screens, and learning how to rely on themselves and their team.”
Beyond learning how to bandage a wound or rappel down a rock face, the camp emphasized leadership, communication, and grit—skills that we value deeply at Ripple Industries. Our volunteers were honored to be a part of something that instills those same values in the next generation.
We believe in building stronger communities, not just stronger systems. This camp was a reminder that sometimes, the greatest impact we can make isn’t in a control room—but out in the real world, supporting the growth of tomorrow’s leaders.
Thank you to all the amazing boys and leaders who made this event a success!
We’re already looking forward to next year.
