Ripple Industries recently teamed up with the Town of Florence, Arizona, to upgrade their Wastewater Treatment Plant with a state-of-the-art SCADA system. Our goal was to boost operational efficiency and enhance the plant’s monitoring and control capabilities. The new system provides real-time oversight and precise control of the wastewater treatment process, ensuring top-notch performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
We took great care to integrate Ignition HMI software for efficient data collection and reporting, which empowers plant operators with valuable insights. The use of Allen Bradley PLCs and Weidmuller control hardware has significantly increased the system’s reliability and efficiency, reducing downtime and maintenance needs. Plus, we made sure the new system blends seamlessly with the existing infrastructure to keep operations running smoothly with minimal disruption.
Encouraged by the success of this project, we’re excited to continue our partnership with Florence. We’re set to develop a new SCADA system for their Water Treatment & Distribution System, starting in 2024. This upcoming project will once again showcase our commitment to delivering cutting-edge automation solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of their growing community.
